The Case for
Christ
|
An investigation into the evidence for Christ.
 Who was Jesus? A good man? A lunatic? God? There's
little question that he actually lived. But miracles? Rising from the
dead? Some of the stories you hear about him sound like just
that--stories. A reasonable person would never believe them, let alone
the claim that he's the only way to God! But a reasonable person
would also make sure that he or she understood the facts before jumping
to conclusions.
Join this exciting series as we ask tough questions and
dig for real answers!
Youth and Friends Grades 9-12
Wednesdays: June 25; July 2, 9, 23, and 30
6:30-7:30pm at Faith Lutheran Church

Youth and Worship
|
|
 We are looking for youth who would like to serve here at
Faith in worship. If you are comfortable speaking in front of
people, sign up to be a reader of the lessons in worship. If
serving communion would be a meaningful way for you to participate in
worship, sign up to serve communion. Ushering or greeting at
worship is another way you can serve. Youth are also welcome to
sing on the worship team for the contemporary service (10:00am in the summer).
You can sign up through Carolynne Mathis. You are a vital part of the life here at Faith and I hope you
take this opportunity to become more involved in the worship life of
our church.

Lunch Bunch
|

|
|
Come be a
part of Lunch Bunch!
Help to provide lunches as well as outdoor recreational
games, crafts, and programs for children and families at several sites
in the Coon Rapids Area.
You can help with the following:
- Donate packaged food items for lunches;
- Volunteer to help make sandwiches
(adults only);
- Volunteer to go to the site to play
games, help with crafts, and visit with families.
Lunch Bunch will begin on
Tuesday, June 17 and continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays thru July 17
(except for the week of July 4). This year we have two days that are
"Super Thursdays"--June 26 and July 10--where after we finish
at Lunch Bunch, we will go to the movies in June and bowling in July.
