2008-2009 IMPACT! Confirmation that Transforms

IMPACT! is our three-year confirmation program for students in Middle School.

IMPACT! meets weekly on Wednesday nights. Each weekly session includes a large group time as well as a small group time. When registering, families will choose one of two sessions for their student. Session 1 is 6:00pm – 7:20pm and Session 2 is 6:45pm – 8:00pm. Once students have successfully completed the IMPACT! program, they will have the opportunity to be a part of the Affirmation of Baptism Service held in the Fall.

Individual student's faith growth is the main goal of our program. Each of our small groups are led by a caring, Christian adult. Within that small group, students will have opportunities to ask important faith questions as well as form meaningful relationships with other students their age.

Besides coming to IMPACT!, we expect our students to worship with their families on a regular basis and complete service work of their choice. Students also have the opportunity to attend a variety of fun events programmed just for middle schoolers! Parents of our students also are expected to complete service work during the confirmation year.
