Registration Fees:
Grades K-1(completed) $65/student; after July 8 deadline $75/student
Grades 2-8(completed) $120/student; after July 8 deadline $130/student
(Application form for scholarships are available in church office)
Payment can be made by:
1. Mailing check to Faith Lutheran Church
(Please attach copy of registration to check or note "Summer Musical" with payment for credit)
2. Bring payment into church office
