Befrienders
Befrienders is a program designed to assist in meeting the pastoral care needs of Faith Lutheran Church and the surrounding community. Specially trained laypersons enter into caring relationships with others at times of special need by visiting them, being with them – offering emotional and spiritual support. They also are trained and bring the sacrament of Holy Communion to those who are home-bound.
Befrienders accept people as they are without telling them how they ought to be, they listen with compassion without giving advice. If you are in need of a Befriender or would like to become one, please contact Pastor Kevin through the Church Office at 763-755-3530
