Kids Ministry
We welcome all children ages 3 (by September 1, 2010) through grade 5 to register for Faith Kids Church School 2010-11. Church School begins September 19, 2010 at 9:15am or 10:45am.
Faith Kids Schedule 2009 - 2010
First Communion
3rd, 4th, 5th grade and older students at Faith Lutheran and their parent(s) are invited to attend a First Communion class – an opportunity to learn about and celebrate the gift of the Eucharist. We will then ask you and your family to celebrate your first communion with our whole church family.
The dates and details:
Attend First Communion Classes (for students AND parent(s)) Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 at 9:00am – 1:00pm
Celebrate First Communion at one of the following worship services o Sunday, Oct 3rd at 8:00, 9:15 or 10:45am o Sunday, Oct 17th at 8:00, 9:15 or 10:45am

MUSICAL PRODUCTION CAMP
August 9-13
Presentations: Sunday, August 15
All kids completing K – 8th grade are invited to spend a week together with friends learning, preparing and celebrating the message of the Christian Musical: Under God’s Sea in 3-D
We will learn songs, create props, discover sign language, rehearse dramas, dance and move, design costumes – and daily share lunches, crafts, recreation and laughs. Our week will culminate with a musical production event that we will share with our community on Sunday, August 15 at 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Grades K & 1(completed): 9am – 11:30am - $50
Grades 2 – 8(completed): 9am – 3pm - $95
AUDITIONS:
EVERYONE who registers for Musical Camp will be part of the chorus!
EVERYONE will receive a CD of the musical to learn and celebrate at home.
All students may audition for a “SPECIAL PART” (drama, solo, dance, sign language)
Auditions will be held on Sunday, July 11 at 1pm Or Monday, July 12 at 6:30pm At Faith Lutheran Church
